Wow, KV6 one, how is it still running? Why did they give the Freelander that engine at all? Not that powerful and gives a compact SUV full sized SUV fuel economy. Mines a 1.8 K-series (Europe only, sorry) and is perfectly reliable and does 27mpg without a fuss. Maybe if they’d given America the 1.8 and L-series diesel, it would have a different reputation.
